Whoever uses good raw materials from the very start is more likely to have a better end product, from both the quality and processing points of view.
The cast iron used by GDC Cast is all first choice and comes from all over the world (Brazil, Ukraine…): the certified raw material is always checked at origin. And, when it reaches the company, it is tested in a highly advanced laboratory.

It has always been that the lower the cost of raw material the higher the margins. But the GDC Cast philosophy has always been to have excellent quality cast iron from the very start; to offer the market an exceedingly high quality standard, but at competitive costs.

Recipe quality is guaranteed by a new generation smelting plant which, thanks to its two 4-ton induction furnaces, enables us to be really flexible, thus very accurate, even varying cast iron recipes daily to meet client needs.

The recent technological evolution in both design and production terms and the renewed company organisation have enabled it to be certified ISO 9001-2008 providing a further guarantee of ongoing orientation to quality for our clients.
